I want to really thank Texans Auto Works for the great job they did on my car 2020 Hyundai Kona. The customer service was top tier they kept me updated on the progress of my car and that put my mind at ease. They are my go to mechanics . Thank you Mr. Moe for your Great team.

I first want to start by saying that Texans Auto Works had previously been a very reliable mechanic shop. I have used both the collision and mechanic side since 2017. They have always worked well with me and vice versa. My most recent visit on July 1, 2025 was for an AC compressor repair for a 2014 Infinity QX60. During the repair, I was informed the vehicle also required a conditioning evaporator core replacement due to it leaking. The repair took a little longer than initially specified by a few days, but that was understandable. Whenever I got the vehicle back on 7/4/25, I realized that the A Pilar driver side cover was hanging and was not able to clip in place. Possibly damaged during the remove and replace process. I also noticed a semi deep scratch on the rear passenger door. The shop was informed and Mohammad “Mo” who was in charge and was empathetic to the situation, agreed to have it “taken care of”. The car was driven to the back and returned to me with yellow duck tape holding the pillar cover in place. Nothing was said about the scratch mark on the rear passenger door. I was told to bring the vehicle back whenever the master mechanic was available to fix the issue with the A Pilar cover. The day that I did, I was told a new part would have to be ordered on 7/9/25 after waiting at the shop for an hour. At the end of the month now and have not received any information on the new part, so after contacting the shop once a week for updates, I decided to look up the part to make an eBay purchase to avoid continuing to drive my vehicle with the Pilar cover hanging in my face.

I really enjoyed my experience with Texas Auto Works . They were kind and helpful and my car was fixed same day. I had a bad experience prior to going to them where a place had wasted my 2.5 hours on nothing. But I took my car here cause i passed it on the way home and I am really glad I did. They fixed my AC , water pump and thermostat.........Thank you so much!

Wow I’m from Louisiana and my truck broke down when I got here , the man who helped me when I got there made everything as easy as possible and even spoke with our mechanic/ previous owner of my truck and my husband to help us make the wisest choice choice that was as gentle on our pocket as it could be . He showed me every thing there. Was to show diagrams pictures etc so I could understand exactly what his mechanics were doing . Great store very clean great location easy to find 2 entrances for easy street access . Thank you for going out of your way to make my life easier . Thank you for Everything

Fantastic service. Was referred over here by their sister company on Almeda. Great experience. Talked with three separate people and they all were very respectful, knowledgeable, and helpful during the process. They communicated with me through the whole process. After picking up my car when the repairs were finished, on the way home my tire pressure light came on. I brought it back and the shop manager came out and immediately filled the tires up. He recognized right away which tire pressure as leaking and found the nail within 10 seconds. They then immediately got the nail out and plugged the tire and got me on my way.
