Huge shoutout to John at AutoZone! I came in with questions about doing an oil change on my 2021 Ford F250 6.7L Power Stroke Diesel, and he went above and beyond. He helped me find the right fuel filters, recommended the best oil filter, and even pointed out a solid fuel/oil additive to keep things running smoothly. John took his time, didn’t rush me, and made sure I had everything I needed before I left. If you need someone who knows their stuff and actually cares, ask for John. Top-tier service!

Can’t tell you how awesome the crew at the Montrose location have been. Have had some battery issues the past couple weeks and they really know how to work as a team. Excellent business culture, educating each other, amazing customer service, quick resolutions and never spent more than 30min at the location. They worked in the rain to help fix my vehicle. Even the District Manager today was under the hood of my vehicle in 103 degrees-Blown away GUYS can’t thank them enough.

The cashier guy was completely unhelpful and showed no regard for customer service. I had to return the items and get a new one with the assistance of another cashier lady.

Great location. When I called, their staff had to put me on hold to finish helping others and they would Actually periodically check in and let me know they haven't forgotten about me. Got the battery warrantied out, they helped install. Just great service and energy overall!
