Gerardo, this is invoice #14274. Attached is a small clip of Lizandro, the mechanic who worked on my vehicle, confirming on July 16 (48 hours after picking up my vehicle) that the parking brake chime was not repaired after being in your shop for five working days. Yet, he charged $270 for "labor" (as noted on the receipt) to pay himself for the supposed time he wasted on my vehicle. In the full video, your clerk also confirms that $300 was the estimate (or quote) that was given to REPAIR the parking brake chime issue. She tried to claim that the $270 was a diagnostic fee but I quickly corrected her as the invoice clearly noted “labor”. I’m sure you have the interaction recorded: “No, no se arreglo. Se arreglo solamente la direccional.” Not only do you and Lizandro claim that I did not allow enough time to complete the repair, but you both also deny acknowledging the damages your team member(s) made to the gear shift boot and refuse to provide a $270 refund and compensation for damages. To provide full transparency, my vehicle was dropped of at 8am on Wednesday, July 9, for the following issues: 1. Parking brake chime on all the time and 2. Turn signal doesn’t click when activated. After following up on days 3, 4, and 5 with no definite repair plan or repair timeline for item #1, I picked up my vehicle at 6pm on Monday, July 14. I allowed your shop five full working days to diagnose, provide a repair plan and estimate, troubleshoot, and execute the repair. While I completely understand that my vehicle was not the only vehicle in your shop, five working days was more than sufficient time to identify the issue and complete the repair. Even if my vehicle was not given priority over other repairs, an experienced, reliable mechanic and a responsible, customer service-oriented owner would not have allowed more than two days to pass without completing a relatively small electrical issue. To reiterate, I was charged the $270 I was quoted to REPAIR the parking brake chime issue on my vehicle (minus $30 for what I assume was the price for the part that was NOT used), yet my vehicle was not repaired after being in your possession for five full days AND your team member(s) damaged my vehicle. AND PLEASE don’t try to argue that $270 was a diagnostics fee because your mechanic clearly could NOT isolate/identify the issue. While this review will remain on Google, Yelp, Trustpilot, and any other review and rating platforms, you still have time to correct the issue before I file a claim with the court. Which reminds me, since I did NOT sign the receipt, I am not obliged to incur the cost of any legal or filing fees and will be included as part of the disputed amount. -Pedro A.

Edit - the owner contacted me and made good on the situation. Appreciate the help! I'm surprised that I’m writing this poor review. After many years of consistent business with this shop, I’m not sure I can recommend them any longer. This has always been my go-to for trusty, affordable service. However, over the past year, my experience has been sub-par. I took my Jeep in to diagnose a rear pinion leak. They fixed it very quickly, but the repair only lasted a day before the leak was worse than before. They honored their warranty and agreed to fix it, but the next fix only lasted a week before the leak came back. After having such a great previous experience, I decided to chalk it up to a job they were not equipped to handle. I didn’t make a fuss and took it down the street to a larger garage (Fosters), and they took care of it once and for all. The second negative experience came when I took my truck in for starting issues, a fuel leak, and gauge issues. They again made the repairs in a timely manner, but after paying and inspecting my vehicle, I found part of my trim seemingly ripped out and cracked to pieces (scattered throughout the cabin). This was an old dash with previous damage, but I didn’t expect my dash to be in worse shape than when I left it. I do believe this was likely an accident given its age, but when questioned, a mechanic was quick to get very aggressive with me and produced a picture with the additional damage, claiming it came in that way. It definitely “did not come in that way” and I’m very alarmed they would try to manufacture their own “proof”. After explaining both of these situations and producing the additional cost of the first issue to the office manager, Flor (a very nice lady), she promised the owner would connect with me. It has been radio silence for a week, so I’m not holding my breath. After being such a loyal customer for years and referring all my family and friends to them, I can’t believe this is how they treated the situation. I don’t plan on hearing from them, but I am willing to update my review if they do reach back out and explain what happened.

I’ve been coming here for several years, and they always do a great job changing my oil. They’re time-efficient, friendly and they always have good movies playing. Free coffee and a nice, chill vibe. I’ll never Tire of their stellar service and convenience.

***Updated Review*** They are competent in what they do. They fixed the problem I was having with my car. It's hard to tell if it's inflation but their prices went up. It feels like everything is getting more expensive. *** Original Review*** These guys are honest and have great prices. I will definitely keep coming here.

This place has quickly become my go-to place for my car service. They are very fast and responsive. The service is reasonably priced and and they provide honest opinion on whether your car needs a service or not.
