The staff is very helpful, respectful and willing to work with you and your budget. I bought my parts from Amazon instead of a crazy oem price that Lexus was quoting. We all know Houston is a car city with plenty of shops. Been to plenty of them all over town since I came down here from back east, from Clearlake, to inside the loop, to the southwest. Had been passing it for years and hadn't really noticed it since it was tucked away off the feeder. Decided to try it out a few years ago because it was close and convenient. Had no idea what to expect and just thought it would be a regular old run of the mill shop trying to get over on people. Boy was I surprised. Turns out these dudes work on all kinds of cars from foreign to domestic, from old classics to newer high end models, they know what they're doing. Plus they provided impeccable service at great prices and all that of course, but what really stood out was professionism and super friendly atmosphere I experienced. Never did I feel like they pressured me with a bunch car mechanicism (yea made that word up just now) nor like they were trying to upsell me on something extra I didn't need. It really just felt like hanging out with the bros who also happened to know a bunch of stuff about fixing cars. They told me like it was and kept it real. Let's just say I won't be going to any other shop after this.
