🔧 Walker @ Main Parking Garage

Absolute extortion. They tack on fees after midnight without any explanation and when you try to call the customer support they make up lies to cover it. Thankfully, the guy who physically works there was super nice about helping me.

I was parking here for the first time today at 7.20 am, and was following a "10 dollar" early bird special at the corner of the building. When I drove in I press the buzzer to confirm that this is the garage with early bird special and the man on the buzzer said yes. When leaving garage at the end of the day I had to pay 35$ daily rate, because the afternoon employees of the parking garage said that they don't have that early bird special, and I had to use different entrance to get the early bird special that is in the same building but apparently different garage. Very disappointed, and highly unprofessional (whether it was lack of knowledge or disinformation on purpose)

I had gotten lost and couldn't find my vehicle. The facility manager Crystal herself helped find my car and was more patient than me. She also gave me advice for the next time I come downtown. Thanks again, Crystal!

You should not leave your parking ticket in your car because you never enter the parking lot without it. You have to scan the ticket to enter the lot, otherwise you should pay $70 bc they consider you lost ticket. The system sucks

Rip off …. $30 for one night. In at 6pm and out at 10am. Charged for 2 days. Ok my car did not get stolen or broken into😎
