We hired KCM to build a 2 1/2 car garage. Chad and his crew were amazing. From the start Chad was good at communication, always keeping in touch letting us know when his team was arriving to demo the old garage, to installing the new concrete pad and new garage. He showed up multiple times while his crew was working to make sure everything was going good. I was even surprised to see Chad show up after the garage was done to pick up the garbage from his crew. His team works fast is an understatement. They were able to demo the old garage and clean up within hours and completed the new garage within one day. Even the neighbors were impressed with how fast they work and how great the garage looks. The garage has exceeded our expectations, we are extremely happy with it. Hands down one of the best contractors I’ve ever dealt with and highly recommend them.

Chad and his crew were incredible throughout the entire process of having our garage built, from quote to final inspection, Chad made sure that everything was well communicated, made sure we were happy with the final product, took care of everything in between and most importantly made sure that he gave us the best possible price in a market that was against us from the start. The quality of the garage exceeded our expectations and our neighbors were blown away about how fast they got it up for us. We couldn't have asked for more from them. KCM made our dreams a reality and it was an absolute pleasure working with them.

Hired KCM to build a detached garage and the whole experience was great from start to finish. Chad was responsive/helpful/professional throughout the entire process. They scheduled around other projects/contractors and finished the garage in 2 days! Couldn't be happier and will defintely utilize them again for any future projects.

Kevin came to home gave me an estimate for my garage rebuild after a tree fell on it. Kevin included a new floor in the estimate the insurance company would not pay for a new floor. Since I told Kevin that did not want a new floor he has not returned my calls. I called him numerous times to try and work things out but the secretary keeps telling me they will call me back, but that never happens. I’m very disappointed as I initially thought KCM an upstanding company. In the mean time waiting for them to call me back my garage is about to fall down.
