🔧 D and J mobile mechanics

He’s a rip off I would not recommend. My husband has been stranded on the road since 4a. We started working on the car since 10a and due to the heat and frustration we decided to look for a mobile mechanic. We started looking for one since 3p. We agreed for him to come at 337 he said it would take 40 mins ok. We agreed he’d change 2 parts for a price. He didn’t show up till 530!!!! Only changed ONE PART AND STILL CHARGED US FOR 2 DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH HIM HES A COMPLETE SCAM!!!!!

He quoted me by phone ended up asking for doble the quoted amount once he arrived, changed the part and put back together all wrong leaving a lot of electrical connectors without reconnecting had to take apart and re do myself because he said it was to late and he was leaving that it was my problem now

Not trustworthy, sloppy work, make own decision about repairs on hand instead of talking it over with customer. If they make a mistake they won’t resolve issue instead the ignore calls. Stay away at all cost!

I am still waiting to get my car repaired. I brought the part, paid him for diagnosing the vehicle. He stated that he needed partial payment upfront and the remaining when he finished. The man never came back, I just wish I can find a decent mechanic that will not rip me off. Now I do not have a vehicle to drive. He was suppose to do a timing change on my vehicle, tried calling all day, no answer.

Was gonna give more than 1 star until I drove my car. He changed the Fuel Pump and it worked for about 12 hours then I sat idle and smelt gasoline. Drove for a bit and car broke down. Sent whoever worked on it a message and never replied back. Should've just went to an actual mechanic. Not someone who pulls up in a truck that says they work on fences. Now gonna cost me more money after I already spent almost $500.
