I had a check engine light on, and was able to get the problem diagnosed, and fixed by these nice guys. Mr. Ivan worked with me in explanation of the problem, and made me feel good about the solution. He also helped in terms of the ultimate bill, which I am very grateful for. There's also a year-guarantee on the issue that was addressed. Should anything come up again, I will no doubt reach back out to these guys for further help. Thanks a bunch guys!

I brought a used car to Don Pepe for a pre-purchase inspection and it was one of the best decisions I could’ve made. I had the seller bring the car to the shop, which turned out to be a mistake—the seller became verbally aggressive and even started yelling when Don Pepe began his inspection. Despite the hostility, Don Pepe remained calm and professional, handling the situation with grace and de-escalating things quickly. He continued the inspection thoroughly, checking the wheel arms, ECM, ABM, and even the flutters. He pulled up all previously active codes and gave me a full breakdown of the car’s condition. Thanks to his honesty and expertise, I chose not to go through with the purchase and likely saved myself thousands of dollars. If you’re buying a used car, take it to Don Pepe. I had an outstanding experience here. My car was severely damaged by an illegal tow driver. I was sad and worried about the repairs because it was an unforeseen circumstance. I got maintenance done all I could afford at that moment. I told him I couldn’t afford it at the moment. He put my car n the machine for free. Don literally had a car consultation, just amazing, he advised of next routine maintenance, where to go for body work and he printed my repairs with pricing. This type of service these days that should be valued, good integrity and kindness. 80 million stars!!!
