Cliff's had been taking care of my cars for years. They deliver quality work at a fair price. Most important, they are honest. I highly recommend them

I went there about two months ago to fix the battery sign in my c300. I paid for diagnostics as they recommended for them to find the root cause. They changed my serpentine belt but it came off in less than 2hrs which they changed again but the belt kept coming off and they seemed clueless so I lost trust in them. I watched some YouTube videos then I tried replacing the ac compressor bolt, a $10 part from Mercedes and the belt stopped coming off. They won’t even offer a partial refund since they missed the main problem. My car is running fine now but I advise you to try other mechanics before you fall victim to cliff’s auto repair fraud.

Wow! I can't say enough about Candice, Jeff and their entire staff! I was rescued by them, again, after making a horrible decision to postpone doing my brakes. That was a huge mistake, not to mention dangerous. They cared about my safety and others overall and it was felt, with care. Thank you all!!! What a blessing to have a safe ride because of you! Not once, but twice!! Much respect to you and your team! I highly recommend them over and over!

10/10. Customer service is impeccable. Changed my battery within 10 minutes. Came back two weeks later for an oil change, never tried to up charge me for all these additional items. I even overheard them offering a ride for a customer since his vehicle would take a couple hours. Very sweet, very professional. This will be the place I take my vehicle for any maintenance!!

As always, great service. I had AAA tow my vehicle in because engine light came on blinking fast. I called ahead to explain the problem I encountered. I ran down a few things it could be. They did a diagnostic, called me to report and I really like that they ask if they have my permission to address any issues. Heck yeah! My job depends on my vehicle. $Damage was reasonable. Back in action quickly. Everyone there is friendly and knowledgeable.
