NO STARS! I’ve had my Lexus get work done here before the pandemic. The owner was very friendly and helpful. However I took my car back to see if they can replace the fuel pressure sensor and was met by a rude man who told he “couldn't work on my car because the miles were too high and that everything was just going to start to break down”. I admit it does have 208k miles on it because I’ve had this car for many years without any issues. And it’s a Lexus, these things last a long time (facts, my 3 Lexus outlived my BMW) so for him to deny my business was his loss. He was willing to fix the catalytic converter because he’d make more money off of me, I get it. But he was unprofessional and rude! Don’t bother with this rinky dinky place. My advice is to steer clear of businesses like these. Will be going back to Lexus dealership for all my car needs.

Amazing shop. Honest, affordable and will use high quality parts. If you have questions he will answer them. Highly recommend. It's hard to find a good mechanic. I've taken my car here twice, and my sister and dad have as well. We've all had great experiences. It's a 1 man shop so if he doesn't answer just leave a voicemail and he'll get back to you.

We went to BG Motors based on recommendations. Our Honda Pilot was due for scheduled maintenance. B was thorough on all the recommended services. The work was major so a couple days was needed. At the end, he reviewed and showed all the parts replaced. Overall longtime pro, courteous, great prices, and super clean shop. Much appreciated!

Be(the owner) is awesome!!! Took my 2012 Lexus for brakes. Always does a quality job at a reasonable price. Will definitely be back. Don't hesitate if thinking about taking your vehicle to him. Wont be disappointed.

Just had a great experience having our 10yr old Toyota Camry serviced here. Due to family member illness I needed to have their car serviced while i was in town and quickly to be able to use the car for doctor's appointments. I saw the high reviews for BG Motors and called them for service. I explained there situation and the problems we were having with the brakes and the play in the front end steering. The owner was able to get my in for his first opening the next day and while I waited he quickly evaluated, and made the repairs in under and hour and a half. Besides being so fast he was incredibly open about the problems and went out of his way to make the repairs with as little extra cost in new parts as possible by only resurfacing the rotors that needed it and readjusting the other ones. After the brakes were fixed he determined that the play in the front end was partly due the brakes and didn't need any costly extra repairs. He asked me to take it for a test drive and if i didn't like service he wouldn't charge me anything until he fixed it fully. Of course everything was perfect and I was fully satisfied with the safety of the car. His skill, professionalism, honesty, and great price in the end motivated me to share my experience with others so he could receive the recognition he deserves. Thank you BG Motors!
