Extremely disappointing experience — be cautious. I had a very frustrating and shady experience at this shop. I went in at 12 PM to get my tires changed and didn’t leave until 6:15 PM — over six hours later. Initially, I was told it would cost $499 for all four tires, but they didn’t have the right ones in stock. They asked me to leave a $100 deposit so they could order the correct tires, which they claimed would arrive within an hour. I agreed and gave them my number to call me when the tires came in. Two hours passed with no call. I returned to the shop around 2 PM, only to be told the tires still hadn’t arrived. I left again and called back around 3 PM. The manager, Omer, said the tires were about to leave the warehouse but needed me to confirm the size again. After I confirmed, he called me back shortly after to say the tires now wouldn’t arrive until 6:30 PM — unless I paid an extra $100 for a “better” set that would arrive in 30 minutes. At this point, I felt they were just making things up, likely covering for a mistake they didn’t want to admit. Since I had to leave town, I agreed to pay the extra $100 just to get it over with. But even then, the tires didn’t show up until 5 PM — far from the promised 30 minutes. I ended up waiting at the shop for hours simply because they already had my deposit and I didn’t want to lose it. To top it all off, after all that waiting, they didn’t even install one of the valve caps on the new tires — I left with one missing. This was my first and definitely my last time doing business with this shop. They were dishonest, inconsistent, and completely untrustworthy. Avoid them if you can.

My first experience here will keep me as a repeat customer. They worked with my crazy schedule. I was informed of what to expect with my repair and what the costs are anticipated to be. That's a big one for me. I was kept in communication if anything changed and asked for the decision if warranted. This shop kept the surprises and stress down to the minimum for me. That and the reasonable costs will keep me coming back. Thank you Omar and crew.

hands down best car service in town ! Best prices, best quick fast service they have almost any tire and if you have a weird tire size like mine they order and have it there next day. No wait time. Beat all competitor pricing. The owner Omar is on site and amazing! And the service tech even went as far as checking the rest of my tires to make sure my air pressure was okay. The picture is what they found in my tire 🫢. I kept it as a souvenir lol. Oh did I mention they buy sell cars and do alignments and offer financing and credit options?! One stop shop

Instead, they send a detailed digital estimate that includes photos and videos of the issues, followed by a personal call to walk you through what needs immediate attention and what can wait. Overall, it was an outstanding experience, and I’ll definitely be recommending Auto World Service Center to all my friends and family. This is my to go tire shop from now. They always have used and new tires in stock. They’ve always had tires for my sizes and the used tires are good brands and in really good shape. Bobby the technician is a very helpful and nice person very honest. Omar in the office gives out good advice and useful information. They treat you like family here, highly recommend this place.
