The quality of work and professionalism is horrible. It took 4 times to get my front end aligned on my car. They left two bolts loose on my front lower control arms!!! The service manager was always over talking me and had an attitude. Never an apology... He could have cared less. I will never ever go back. (James the original owner who was excellent has sold his business.) The new owners have only been in business for 4 years.

Quick and efficient engine service for my car that had been misfiring, will visit again if I ever have any more issues down the road!

I went for an alignment they were going to charge me $70. So I asked him show me the diagram of how the alignment was before they serviced my truck and after they couldn't produce it. They told me the machine didn't work. They told me my racking pinion had to be replaced and they were only charging me $45. So they basically ripped me off.

My daughter goes to UofH and we live north of Fort Worth. We had two issues with her car and after the first repair James did, I didn't hesitate to call him again for the second. He is a straight forward, honest guy and it's good know that he will take care of my daughter's car since I'm out of town. Thanks to Hannah Scott and her Dad for recommending James at Premier Auto Service.

I'm very happy with the work they did on my truck. They fit me in the same day and kept me up to date on what was wrong with my truck. Their prices were much better than competitors. Very professional and friendly at every step. Watching them interact with other customers as well they were very friendly and accommodated them as needed to make their day easier despite needing their cars repaired. I'll absolutely come back for any repairs needed.
