BEWARE OF THIS SHOP. I went to this shop based on positive reviews. I called ahead of time to check that they were open and mentioned that I had transmission issues, confirmed from plugging in my own OBD-II scanner and getting a code. I drove over, mentioned that I had called about transmission issues, and pulled in. Without asking me any questions, the mechanic plugged in their scanner, read the code, and Googled it on his phone while sitting in the driver's seat. He came out saying there was a transmission issue (duh!) and, without even inspecting or driving the car, claimed I would need to replace the entire transmission, a job that typically costs thousands of dollars, . Needless to say, I never went back.

Took my BMW in for what should have been a simple service, and I regret it completely. First off, the staff seemed unfamiliar with BMW-specific diagnostics, even though they claim to specialize in German cars. I waited way longer than expected, only to get the car back with warning lights still on. They either guessed the issue or didn’t fix it properly, because two days later the same problem came back. When I returned to address it, they were dismissive and blamed the car instead of standing by their work. No accountability, no professionalism. BMWs aren’t cheap and neither is their service so if you care about your vehicle, I highly suggest going somewhere with real expertise and better customer service. Won’t be returning.

Avoid - not sure they qualified. Went for simple oil change. Since then all alarms have been going off on car. At one point mechanic called someone else on phone to check what to do. No receipt given or anything. - wanted cash payment. There are better options.

Scam place . Over the phone, I was told the price for an oil change would be “under 50” with a strong accent. When I showed up in person, I confirmed the price again before the service if it’s 50 they knock their head says yes . After the oil change, they charged me $150 and claimed I must have misunderstood. That’s nearly double the price of most oil change services in the area, which typically range from $80-85. This felt misleading and sketchy.really using the strong accent play game to over charge you. I do not recommend this place! And check the other review they been doing this all the time

Took my car here to get the alternator and battery replaced. Very fair pricing for the work and they even fixed a small fender protrusion I had free of charge. Would highly recommend this place and will be coming back for future services.
