I visited Jaguar service center after getting a flat tire on Houston’s roads during a heavy rain and street flooding. I did not think about calling them first, but just drove straight to Jaguar dealership. My service advisor Mr. Phillips Lester was able to get my tire replaced and car washed in about 90 minutes. 5 star service for sure, and Phillips is the best.

Phillips Lester provided excellent customer service and took extra time to go over our service details in great depth. We felt very welcomed as first time customers and will definitely return.

Phillips was my advisor. He very quickly understood my issue and I was in the shuttle on my way home in no time. I was kept updated until the vehicle was ready for collection. Very happy with the experience.

First, let me say Edward, my Service Advisor was great! He explained everything to my understanding, he was very polite, very professional.
