I visited Jaguar service center after getting a flat tire on Houston’s roads during a heavy rain and street flooding. I did not think about calling them first, but just drove straight to Jaguar dealership. My service advisor Mr. Phillips Lester was able to get my tire replaced and car washed in about 90 minutes. 5 star service for sure, and Phillips is the best.

Phillips Lester provided excellent customer service and took extra time to go over our service details in great depth. We felt very welcomed as first time customers and will definitely return.

Phillips was my advisor. He very quickly understood my issue and I was in the shuttle on my way home in no time. I was kept updated until the vehicle was ready for collection. Very happy with the experience.

First, let me say Edward, my Service Advisor was great! He explained everything to my understanding, he was very polite, very professional. On the other hand, the technician rotated my tires incorrectly. I have two different size tires for my Jaguar so instead of him rotating them from side to side, he rotated them from front to back. The tire pressure light came on shortly after I left so I went to Discount Tires to get air (one of my rims is bent - I fell in a freakin DITCH on N. Main in Baytown😠) and I was told that one of my tires had a nail in it. I get to Discount Tires and that's how I found out the tires was rotated wrong. The young man there noticed it and pointed it out to me. I called and spoke with my Service Advisor. He apologized and reported this to the Service Manager and the person in charge of the technicians. Since I recently purchased my tires from Discount Tires, they offered to correct the rotation. I was also told that the nail did not damage the tire so I'm not sure what's going on with that. Jaguar offered me to buy a brand new tire because they don't patch tires and Discount basically said there's nothing wrong with the tire. OK... 10/17/2024 UPDATE... I'm happy to report I spoke with Jeremy, the Service Manager today. He not only offered to compensate me for the tire rotation, he also offered me a complimentary detail car cleaning, both I humbly accepted. I have upgraded this company to 5 stars. They deserve it by going above and beyond in the effort to make things right for their customers. Thank you Central Jaguar!
